Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Part-time Security Officer for site locations around Mesa, AZ. The role pays $22.00 per hour and requires an active Arizona Guard Card, a clean Driver's License, and a High School Diploma.

Duties include greeting guests, verifying credentials, patrolling, monitoring cameras, and responding to incidents. The position offers training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a respected national security provider.

Qualifications

• AZ Security License mandatory
• Valid and Clean Driver's License
• High School Diploma required
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor and detect suspicious behavior to assist in prevention of vandalism or theft
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter to identify safety and security risks
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and emergencies by contacting local responders
• Identify and report concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documents
• Ensure all rules/regulations are followed
• Other duties as determined by Management

Part-time Security Officer

$22.00/hr

A CURRENT ARIZONA GUARD CARD IS REQUIRED

Security Relief Officer Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items.
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner.
• Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents).
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.
• Other duties to be determined by Management.
