Job summary

Prairie Meadows seeks an experienced Security Office Manager to lead day-to-day security office operations, ensuring compliant incident reporting, payroll processing, and regulatory documentation. You’ll coordinate with Security, Surveillance, Compliance, HR, and vendors, while managing access controls and key systems.

The role requires 5+ years in casino security with 2+ years in supervision, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of casino security experience with 2+ years in a management role.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and security-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, review, and ensure accuracy of all security documentation (incidents, dispatch logs, regulatory records, subpoenas, self-exclusion documentation).
• Support investigations, audits, inspections, and employee relations through proper documentation and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate communication between Security, Surveillance, Compliance, HR, vendors, and other departments on investigations and operations.
• Manage security technology and access control systems to ensure security and accountability.
• Administer departmental payroll in the designated system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, and supply management according to purchasing standards.
