Job summary

Amentum is seeking Observers to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base and will oversee the location of personnel under their supervision. Observers may monitor construction personnel, vehicles, and special items, and assist with badge issuance and access control for construction zones/sites.

Minimum requirements include an active TS clearance, 2+ years in security-related fields, a valid driver's license, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active TS clearance.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in construction security surveillance, countermeasures, or related government/security work.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No misdemeanor or felony convictions and no new ones while employed.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Privacy Act and applicable rules.
• Apply OPSEC principles to protect critical information.
• Interact effectively with the general public.
• Follow printed rules, orders, instructions, and training material.
• Maintain poise and self-control under stress.
• Conduct Stop & Question in restricted areas to prevent wrongdoing.
• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate detailed reports when needed.
