Job summary

Road America is seeking an individual to join the Security team for a part-time seasonal role from April through October. Responsibilities include greeting guests, enforcing rules, patrolling the facility, and monitoring entrances to ensure a safe environment.

The position offers overnight shifts with a base pay of $13.50 per hour plus a $1.50 nighttime differential. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Road America is seeking an individual with a passion for racing to be part of the Security team. This role is a part time seasonal position.Thisposition is responsible forensuringsafety in a number of different areasand conducting routing patrols. The security team members assumes a proactive role in keeping the facility safe.This is a part-time seasonal worker from April - October.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

As part of the Securityteamyouwillbe responsible forgreeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and positive manner. Provide information and guidance to Road America guests and ensure the safety of our employees andcustomerby enforcing the rules of Road America. You will patrol the facility to prevent and detect security violations. You willmonitorthe entrance and departure of employees and guests. You will provide excellent customer service to guests by fielding inquiries andmaintaininga friendly, safe environment.

Shift Days and Hours

The employees gets pick pick the days and hours they work based on what is available. This role is is overnights.

Pay

13.50 per hour and an additional 1.50 for nights

Qualifications

All candidates must beat least 16years of age, possessa valid driver's license, must have the ability to multitask, advanced people skills, ability to diffuse situations, ability to assist with crowd control. Flexible scheduling is needed asshiftinclude days, nights,weekendand holidays.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularly requiredto,sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands tooperateequipment. The employee is subject to theoutside environment conditionssuch ascold weatheror extreme heat. Also, subject to noise and fast-moving objects. Must have the ability to lift at least 25 lbs. occasionally.
