Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to apply problem solving techniques to complex issues.
• Willingness to work any hours or shifts.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident population and report suspicious activities or policy violations.
• Perform resident counts, searches, room inspections, and vehicle searches as required; conduct drug and alcohol testing.
• Process residents for intake/discharge per policies and procedures.
• Oversee resident worker activities and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform rescue functions during emergencies, provide basic medical aid and CPR, and evacuate if needed.
