Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Corrections facility operations experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong problem solving.
• Available to work any hours, any shift.
• Complete pre-service and training programs as required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility population to maintain safety and security.
• Conduct resident counts, searches, inspections, and vehicle searches as needed.
• Process intake and discharge of residents per policy.
• Monitor resident work activities and ensure quality of work by residents.
• Perform basic emergency medical aid and CPR and assist in evacuations as needed.
