Job summary

Fluor in Aurora, CO is seeking a Security Assistant to support senior staff in preparing security-related deliverables and ensuring strict adherence to policies and global standards. You will help implement controls and maintain compliance while contributing to project security efforts.

Job Description

*** Must have an active (ability to obtain) a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance***

Under direct supervision, this position assists senior staff members as required in producing elements necessary for completing security assignments.

• Implement security policies and procedures
• Provide effective access controls and physical security as required
• Provide security support for office and/or project work environment
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Other duties as assigned

Salary Rate: $27.54/hour + Fringe Rate $5.55/hour

Other Job Requirements

• Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• Able to effectively communicate with staff and management
• Must be able to work a non standard work week, and be flexible on hours and days worked
• Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position.
