Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a security professional with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to guard facilities in Warrenton, VA. You will escort uncleared personnel, report issues, maintain contact, and stay vigilant while working around construction and industrial areas.

A valid US citizenship and driver’s license are required. The role emphasizes professional conduct, safety, and timely documentation of incidents.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and directly related experience equal to two years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year security experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and escort uncleared persons at the facility.
• Provide verbal and written reports regarding safety, security, facility, or personnel issues/incidents.
• Maintain visual contact with escorted individuals.
• Respond professionally to all personnel.
• Remain alert and awake to provide security monitoring.
• Work around active construction areas and wear PPE as required.
• Work in industrial locations (mechanical and electrical rooms).
• Sanitize areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into designated work areas.
• Walk long distances, climb stairs, and sit/stand for long periods.

Job Description

Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance

• Monitor and escort uncleared persons at the facility
• Provide verbal and written reports regarding pertinent safety, security, facility, or personnel issues/incidents
• Maintain visual contact and proper line of sight with uncleared personnel at all times.
• Respond professionally and courteously to all personnel
• Remain alert and awake at all times to provide appropriate security monitoring of escorted individuals.
• Work around active construction areas and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Work in industrial locations (mechanical and electrical rooms, etc)
• Properly sanitize areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into designated work areas
• Walk long distances, climb stairs (including stepladders, etc.), sit/stand for long periods of time
• Wear appropriate work attire which may include a company provided dress uniform. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
