Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Warrenton, VA, is seeking a Security Escort professional to monitor and escort uncleared persons at the facility, provide reports, and maintain constant line of sight.

You will work around active construction areas wearing PPE, respond professionally, and perform duties with attention to safety and compliance. This full-time role requires HS diploma or GED, 2 years related experience, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and escort uncleared persons at the facility.
• Provide verbal and written reports regarding pertinent safety, security, facility, or personnel issues/incidents.
• Maintain visual contact and proper line of sight with uncleared personnel at all times.
• Respond professionally and courteously to all personnel.
• Remain alert and awake at all times to provide appropriate security monitoring of escorted individuals.
• Work around active construction areas and wear the appropriate PPE as required.
• Work in industrial locations (mechanical and electrical rooms, etc.).
• Properly sanitize areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into designated work areas.
• Walk long distances, climb stairs (including stepladders, etc.), sit/stand for long periods of time.
• Wear appropriate work attire which may include a company provided dress uniform.
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Other Job Requirements

• Active, fully adjudicated TS/SCI with polygraph is required
• Must have a valid driver's license
