Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a data reporting professional to turn program data into decision-ready insights for leaders.

You will build dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations, partnering with cross-functional teams to standardize metrics and ensure data quality. The role requires 2+ years in security analytics/reporting, proficiency with Power Automate, Excel, and Smartsheet, and the ability to translate data for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in security, risk, compliance analytics/reporting or related area.
• Experience with KPI definitions and data governance practices.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Excel, and data preparation.
• Ability to translate data into insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive-ready reports and dashboards.
• Serve as reporting repository and governance owner for SCTA SharePoint sites.
• Acquire, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Maintain documentation for reporting products and data sources.
• Present clear narratives on security culture performance and trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
