HII's Mission Technologies division focuses on delivering advanced solutions for national security and defense. This role specifically resides in our Platform Integration division and will help support Enterprise Level Security & Modernization for IT, Cyber, facilities and personnel. We’re looking for motivated and mission-oriented individuals to join our incredible team in the DC area!

What You Will Do
  • Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, sale of counterfeit products, documents, and equipment.
  • Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations and organization reputation.
  • Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
  • Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting staff and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
  • Conducts security education classes and security audits.
  • Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications
  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
  • 5 years Lead/PM experience
  • 5 Years Program Security Experience
  • CDSE Certification
  • SPED Certification
  • Experience with Splunk and Trellix
Preferred: Bonus Points For
  • Experience with configuration management of procedures and documentation
  • Creativity to address non-standard problem sets
  • Experience managing CONUS/OCONUS personnel
