Job summary

Titan Security Group in Highland, Indiana is seeking a Security Account Manager to supervise day-to-day security operations at client sites. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead a team of officers and site supervisors to deliver high-quality security services and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of managerial security experience, familiarity with federal, state and local regulations, and a proven track record of improving service

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in security or law enforcement.
  • Experience supervising security officers, site and shift supervisors.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day security operations at client sites.
  • Manage recruitment, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality security services.
  • Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.

Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Account Manager to work at a location in Highland, Indiana.

The Security Account Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day to-day security operations of assigned Client sites.

Responsibilities of the Security Manager include but are no limited to:

  • Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
  • Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operationalgoals and provide quality customer service.
  • Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
  • Conduct annual reviews for on site staff. Monitors the quality of staff performance including coordinating and conducting exit interviews, assisting withunemployment claims review of disciplinary actions, recommendations for suspension or termination as well
    ensuring a regular performance appraisal program for all staff.
  • Coordinates and documents performance tracking of all staff personnel.
  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems working with Account/Operations Managers and HR department, as necessary.
  • Support HR department in review of involuntary terminations including, union grievances and appeals.
  • Supports Director of Operations and HR in hiring, training and on-boarding.
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends.
  • Responsible for tracking company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc. and ensuringcompany equipment is utilized in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative our services.
  • Supports the organization’s culture, processes, practices and systems to ensure that company and its clients.
  • Prepare correspondence and memos as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Benefits:

  • Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/orequivalent experience/education preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 of managerial and policy making experience in the lawenforcement or contract security field. Experience level to include extensive internal contacts within the local lawenforcement community.

Physical Demands:

  • The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.;
  • be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility;
  • be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclementweather.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
  • Preferred Certifications: CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-30, and FEMA IC 700, MARSEC FSO Certification.

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary $75k-$80k based on experience plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation andpersonal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paidholidays, and 401(k) match. Skills-enhancing training and opportunities for career growth and promotion.
