Job Description
Key responsibilities are:
- Accountable for program management across all projects within the culture work stream.
- Managing stakeholders, reporting, budgets, dependencies, resources, and risks at the program level and within each project.
- Accountable for delivering all culture projects on time, on budget and within senior leader stakeholder engagement.
- Responsible for taking a strategic and leadership role in the planning and execution of ground breaking cyber security cultural initiatives.
- Responsible for helping to develop and then execute new cultural strategies to address the changing cyber security risks.
- Responsible for ensuring effective and timely stakeholder engagement to senior leaders worldwide within client.
Qualifications
Skills required:
- Proven delivery of complex global projects across multiple departments with the ability to drive alignment and rapid decision making
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to monitor ideas from inception through to implementation.
- This may require quick adjustments to projects as these initiatives are ground breaking in the cyber security space.
- Able to establish and foster close working relationships with matrix partners that will provide insight and support on new and upcoming projects.
- Able to create and deliver presentations on the progress of projects to team members and stakeholders
- Able to adjust communications approach and style based on target audience
- Experience engaging with and influencing very senior stakeholders
- Experience managing change initiatives in a complex matrix organization
- Excellent team management across different time zones
- Strong planning and deliverable tracking; attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vendors for project completion.
- This will involve a close working relationship and regularly scheduled meetings to track project completion
- Able to adapt deployment approach in line with business needs
- Able to hit the ground running and demonstrate a persistent drive to completion Successful candidates will show a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required by the project.
