King Aerospace in Arkansas seeks a Security Manager to oversee and implement robust security protocols for aviation MRO programs, ensuring DoD/FAA/NISP compliance. The role combines leadership with hands-on security operations across multiple hangars.
You will lead the Security department, manage FSO duties, ITAR compliance, OPSEC/COMSEC, and insider threat programs while coordinating audits and training for staff.
The primary duty of the Security Manager is to oversee, implement, and maintain robust security protocols for various aviation MRO programs.This position is directly responsible for ensuring strict compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and National Industrial Security Program (NISP) regulations. This position will combine technical knowledge with practical, hands-on leadership to ensure compliance across multiple active aviation hangars.

This is not a remote position.You are required to be present at the Arkansas office during normal work hours, which are 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
