Job summary

You will lead the Security department, manage FSO duties, ITAR compliance, OPSEC/COMSEC, and insider threat programs while coordinating audits and training for staff.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in the field of U.S. government security operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, FTR, OFAC requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Ramp Pass and U.S. Government Clearance.
• Secret clearance, or the ability to be approved for a clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the functions and operations of the Security department and personnel.
• Serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and manage day-to-day operations of classified programs.
• Ensure security of all facilities, access control, visitor protocols, and employee permissions.
• Lead Insider Threat Program strategy, risk assessments, and monitoring frameworks.
