Executive Electronics of Southwest Florida is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade intrusion devices and security systems. You will work across a portfolio of low-voltage solutions and coordinate with builders and homeowners to provide fast, effective resolutions.

The role requires punctuality, strong technical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset, with on-site duties and occasional overtime on rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a low-voltage, security, or CCTV service technician.
• Strong technical aptitude with problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promptly arrives by 7:15 am daily in uniform and ready for service meeting.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair security systems, alarms, and home automation on site.
• Prepare change orders or quotes for clients while on site.
• Read drawings and verify blueprints with supervisor or account manager.
• Review daily jobs with service manager and ensure tickets are closed in real time.
• Complete end-of-day paperwork and return it to the office promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding ETA and delays.
• Demonstrate and explain system features to clients after installation.
