Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Full-Time Loss Prevention Officer for Casper, WY. You will identify shoplifters via floor patrol and CCTV, write detailed reports, and interact with local law enforcement as needed.

This role requires English proficiency, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Medical and other benefits are provided, with shifts including first and second, plus weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3–4 hours at a time.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Attendance for scheduled shifts; tardiness and absenteeism not tolerated.
• Previous loss prevention or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required.
• Criminal Justice or related studies a plus.
• Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no supervision.

Job Description

• Identify and Apprehend Shoplifters through floor patrol and the use of Closed Circuit TV Cameras
• Report Writing
• Interacting with local Law Enforcement as needed
• Provide Courtroom Testimony as required

• Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening
