Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership seeks a seasoned security professional to manage Loss Prevention operations, risk assessments, and emergency response. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on guest and associate safety, and adherence to budgetary goals.

Responsibilities include conducting OSHA audits, implementing safety procedures, coordinating CCTV and alarm systems, and guiding a team to protect assets and people across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ security/loss prevention experience or a 2-year degree with 2 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages Security/Loss Prevention operations and emergency response activities.
• Conducts hazard and risk assessments and OSHA/Safety audits.
• Develops shutdown procedures to secure all areas on schedule.
• Maintains compliance with laws and safety regulations.
• Monitors CCTV, alarmed doors, and duress systems for functional status.
• Investigates incidents and supports investigations with proper documentation.
• Leads the Accident Prevention Committee and first aid program.
• Communicates with local law enforcement and executives on safety matters.
