Job Title: Workday Security Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage security roles in Workday, including troubleshooting issues and supporting integrations.
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML 2.0 with integrations to enterprise Identity Providers.
• Set up and support SSO configurations, collaborating with team members on proxy policy and access management.
• Provide hands-on technical support and manage daily implementation tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to an ongoing Workday implementation project, working closely with technical and functional stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, HR, and other business teams to align and meet organizational security requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience configuring SSOs in Workday using SAML 2.0 and integrating with enterprise IdPs (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.).
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Security Administration experience (security groups, domain policies, business process security, etc.).
• Strong ability to work in a technical, hands-on role within a security-focused team.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Workday Pro Certification in Security or equivalent credentials.
• Experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations.

Location: McLean, VA (Open for Richmond, VA or Plano, TX or New York, NY)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
