Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Lieutenant at the Toyota Battery Plant in Liberty, NC. You will lead field operations, command incidents, and mentor Sergeants while setting security standards for a premier manufacturing site.

You will oversee on-site security teams, coordinate with plant management, and drive documentation quality. A NC guard license and strong leadership are required, with competitive hourly pay and a growth path.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security, law enforcement, or military with supervisory experience
• Valid NC Security Guard License and a valid driver's license
• Command presence with decisive, rapid decisions
• Experience with Lenel, X-Protect, Perspective, CCTV
• Strong, timely incident reporting and documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise all on-duty Sergeants and officers
• On-scene commander for incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Mentor Sergeants and Team Leads to develop leadership
• Ensure incident reporting accuracy, quality, and deadlines
• Coordinate with command staff, fire brigade, dispatch, and Toyota Security Management
