Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring a Security Lieutenant at Toyota's battery plant in Liberty, NC. You will lead field operations, supervise the on‑duty Sergeants, and act as on‑scene commander for incidents and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security, law enforcement, or military with supervisory duties.
• Valid NC Security Guard License and a valid driver's license.
• Strong decision making and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise on‑duty Sergeants and officers.
• Act as on‑scene commander for incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Mentor Sergeants and Team Leads to grow leadership.
• Ensure accurate incident reporting and timely documentation.
• Coordinate with staff, fire brigade, dispatch, and Toyota Security Management.
