Coordinates and approves all reports, special assignments, attendance, days off, and in-service training.* Initiates disciplinary performance and conduct procedures for violations of conformance to Enterprise and department policy regulations.* Updates policy and procedure manuals and distributes operational and administrative communication uniformly in accordance with the chain of command.
