Marksman Security Corporation seeks a proactive Security Site Manager in the Northbrook, IL area. This role oversees security personnel, ensures proper staffing, and aligns with client goals to deliver secure environments.

You will lead recruitment, training, and scheduling, while maintaining high service standards and protecting client interests. Two years of supervisory security experience and IL PERC license are required.

Qualifications

• IL PERC license is required to supervise security in Illinois.
• IL driver’s license is required for site visits and transport.
• Minimum of two years of security supervision or leadership experience.
• Flexible/on-call schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site liaison between Marksman and client to ensure high-quality security services.

• Inspect posts and review security staff reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, training, and retention of security personnel.
• Develop scheduling to meet client needs while controlling labor costs.

Your Impact:

The Security Site Manager will oversee security personnel, ensuring the site is properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated. The Manager will also work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth by Marksman - Titan Security and the post location. Responsibilities:

• Act as an advocate and on-site liaison between the company and client to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
• Regularly meet with client representatives for status updates; address any concerns or potential problems; support security planning, assessments, and security metrics; review and update account documents, including standard operating procedures.
• Reviews Security Officers site reports verifying accuracy and client directives have been satisfactorily followed; personally, inspect all posts as part the evaluation of security staff.
• Oversee and coordinate with company departments, and participate in the recruitment, selection, on-site training, development, and retention of staff; evaluate service quality and initiate any necessary corrective action promptly.; plan, assign, and direct work; counsel employees and carry out disciplinary actions, as necessary. Identify potential areas of vulnerability and risk. Facilitate the formulation of corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
• Prepare and coordinate staffing schedules for the account, in collaboration with company management as necessary; act to ensure that scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
