Marksman Security is seeking Security Officers for our Distribution Warehouse in Perryville, MD. The role requires confidence in decision-making, calmness under pressure, and the ability to enforce safety protocols.

Duties include foot and mobile patrols, checkpoints, and gatehouse operations, with a focus on preventing incidents and upholding safety standards. Shifts are 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, with on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• MD Security License
• MD Driver's License
• Reliability transportation

Responsibilities

• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and safety hazards
• Other duties to be determined by operations

We're seeking security officers who reflect the following:

• Confident in decision-making
• Decisive under pressure
• Enforce safety protocols

Responsible for upholding safety standards

Foot and Mobile Patrols, Checkpoints, Gatehouse

This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time

Shift Schedules

• 6am-2pm
• 2pm-10pm
• 10pm-6am
