Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of security experience at different levels and 2 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with security systems and reporting.
• Flexible schedule with on-call availability.
• Background screening and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Address employee relations and payroll concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with uniform and equipment standards.
• Utilize and oversee security systems including CCTV, and reporting technology.
• Enforce company policies and administer coaching or disciplinary actions when necessary.

Position Summary
