Data Science & Engineering Experts, Inc. is seeking a full-time Head of AI Security for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will own security strategy and execution for AI products, cloud environments, model and tool integrations, and customer-facing security evidence.

Responsibilities include threat modeling, secure architecture, adversarial testing, and security reviews. Experience with LLM systems, multi-tenant SaaS, NIST AI RMF, OWASP guidance, and regulated customers is preferred.

Job description

Data Science & Engineering Experts, Inc. is accepting applications now for a full-time W-2 Head of AI Security. This is a 100% remote role open to candidates authorized to work in the United States. The role owns security strategy and execution for DSE's AI products, cloud environment, model and tool integrations, and customer-facing security evidence.

Responsibilities include maintaining AI and application threat models; defining secure architecture and product controls; leading adversarial testing, vulnerability management, incident readiness, and security reviews; partnering with engineering on remediation; and producing evidence customers can evaluate. Qualifications include senior security leadership or staff-level security engineering experience, hands-on application or cloud security capability, knowledge of modern AI attack surfaces, and clear risk communication. Experience with LLM systems, multi-tenant SaaS, NIST AI RMF, OWASP guidance, and regulated customers is preferred. No specific degree or certification is required.

The anticipated base salary is $165,000 to $205,000 per year. Planned benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k); and remote-work equipment.
