Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff. You will perform general security duties, observe and report hazards, and ensure compliance with client procedures.

Role requires strong English communication, interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset. The job involves foot patrols, light lifting, and working in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in company screening including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Active PERC and 20hr certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while performing general Unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and good written and oral communication.
• Perform routine foot patrols, lift moderately, and work in all weather as an Unarmed Security Officer.

• Promote safety by beingalerttoobserve, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand andcomply withProsegurand Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and havebasic tointermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all necessary training
• High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
