Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Full-Time Security Guard for our Hacienda Mission at San Luis Rey in Oceanside, CA. Shift is nights (11:00 pm–7:00 am), Sunday-Thursday or Saturday-Friday. Salary is $24.50/hour, paid bi-weekly.

The role supports a secure, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. Ideal candidates reliably patrol floors, document activity, and communicate effectively.
