Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a versatile Facility Security & IT Specialist to oversee SCIF operations, access control, baseline IT services, and localized project management for a secure federal facility in McLean, VA. This on-site role requires TS/SCI clearance and a five-day workweek.

You will coordinate security, IT onboarding, and project milestones for rack deployments and secure conferencing spaces, ensuring ICD-705 and NISPOM compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain access as required.
• 3-5+ years in physical security, facility management, or CSSO/FSO in a DoD/IC environment.
• 1-3 years coordinating security or physical security projects (CAPM/PMI a plus).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise access control software (Lenel, CCURE) and basic IT helpdesk/telephony support.
• Understanding ICD-705 construction and security threat mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SCIF operations in accordance with ICD-705 and NISPOM.
• Administer facility access control systems; badge issuance, IDS, and escort procedures.
• Manage secure logistics and rack infrastructure security during intake and integration.
• Provide Tier 1/2 IT support for unclassified networks and baseline VoIP/network IT.
• Coordinate vendor and internal teams for security and IT deployments; track milestones.
