Qualifications

• One full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-12 in the federal service.
• Experience in design and development, technical reviews, and project management on security infrastructure projects.
• Ability to serve as Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform design and development, reviews, and project management on security infrastructure projects from planning to construction.
• Provide technical advice on construction projects including costs, design, and development management.
• Evaluate studies, plans, and progress reports for architectural and construction processes.
• Collaborate with top-level technical representatives and congressional offices on facilities planning.
