Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking an Experienced Security Officer - Responder to maintain the safety of people and property at the facility. You will respond to incidents, patrol areas, manage access control, and support loss prevention and reporting.

Proactive communication with supervisors is essential to ensure rapid escalation and resolution. The role requires 2–3 years of security experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of access control, loss prevention and incident response preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security incidents as dispatched within designated tier times.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the facility.
• Prepare incident reports using a Surface Book device.
• Escort guests as needed and monitor security cameras.
• Identify safety issues and suggest improvements to the program.
