Job Description

COME JOIN THE ALLIED TEAM OF SECURITY PROFESSIONALS

• Now hiring a supervisor to oversee the security ID operations center of a large Energy Company
• Applicants should have at least 5 years experience using computer ID systems such as "lenel"
• Must have excellent computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to interpret data to create detailed reports of the badging activity
• Experience in Security Supervision preferred but not required
• $26 / Hour, weekly pay, Benefits available

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the operations for our client’s ID Badging department, ensuring quality services. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between our client, the Account Manager, and ID badging officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within their empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports requiring interpretation
• Enforce Contract Standards and site safety programs
• Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings
• Enforce company policies as outlined in handbooks and memos
• Work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods
