Allied Universal is seeking Armed Security Officers to support Hurricane Relief efforts in Florida. This pre-deployment list is for personnel interested in being contacted for a role on the AUS Hurricane Response Team; schedules will be set after landfall.

Position involves 12–14 hour shifts, travel within Florida, and potential temporary to permanent placement. A valid FL G license, 21+ years old, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Allied Universal is Hiring Security Officers - Armed to assist with the Hurricane Relief efforts.

*** This is a pre-deployment list for personnel interested in being contacted for a position on the AUS Hurricane Response Team. This job posting is not for immediate employment. Work hours and schedules will be available after a storm makes landfall in the Florida Region. ***

DEPLOYMENT OFFICERS SIGN-UP LIST, POST HURRICANE!

$25 per hour ArmedMust have valid active Security G license

Must have Valid Florida Driver's License and clean Driving History

Will be hired to assist with Hurricane deployment and aftermath

Temporary to Permanent Positions available

Must be able to travel to any area in Florida

Must be able to work 12 to 14 hour shifts up to 30 days

Must have two forms of Government-Issued Identification and be at least 21+ years of age

As an Armed Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

*A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
