Job Summary

The Public Safety Division has an exciting employment opportunity within the Security Department for a Screener/Line Patrol position. This role ensures that guests and employees follow park policies and procedures, emphasizing the Mantra: Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guest and employee entry and exit screening.
• Assist certified or licensed Public Safety personnel during calls for service as directed.
• Actively patrol designated areas of responsibility.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to Public Safety.
• Communicate information to supervision/management clearly, timely, and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with directions or questions.
• Perform other duties to support the park as assigned by Public Safety supervision/management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong self-motivation, work ethic, and positive attitude required.
• Ability to stand, walk, observe, and patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in sunlight, heat, and environmental elements.
• Ability to climb and work at heights.
• Adults (18+) must be available to work days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Paid overtime may be required for adults to meet business needs.
