Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard at a Westford, MA aerospace/defense location. You will provide customer service, perform routine and random unarmed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents in a professional manner.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with 18+ years for unarmed positions and 21+ for armed roles, plus a high school diploma. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas, and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, observe personnel and visitor activity, and report incidents, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and report to site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and stay aware of changing conditions throughout the shift.
