GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Security Ambassador in Richmond, VA. This role emphasizes customer service as you engage with visitors, verify identity, and guide them through access points in varied environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient with basic phone and computer use
• Security, military or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide visitors; verify identity
• Manage access control
• Perform patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
