Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver in Prineville, OR. You will patrol facilities, deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This full-time, on-site role requires a valid driver’s license, being 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry processes in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
