Allied Universal provides security services in Perris, CA. The Security Guard Unarmed Patrol will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain presence to deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service at a manufacturing/industrial site.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and vendors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor credentials and follow entry/exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations with calm, solution-focused approach.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and relay information to site leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and follow site procedures for entry and exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
