Job summary

PRO EM National Event Services in Phoenix, AZ seeks part-time security guards for unarmed duty at upcoming events. The role is a flexible, work-when-you-want-to-work position with pay that depends on shifts.

Responsibilities include patrolling, observing for irregularities, escorting individuals as needed, and reporting findings. Must have AZ Guard Card and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Night, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Watch for irregularities and security breaches; contact responders as required
• Detain violators if necessary; notify police and await arrival
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure security
• Inspect doors, windows and gates; monitor for unauthorized access
• Prepare routine, standardized security reports
• Provide escorts as needed
• Inform and warn violators of infractions such as loitering or prohibited items

BE A PART OF WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE VALLEY

Immediate Part-Time opportunity for guard-carded security guards. This is a "work when you want to work" position. The amount you earn is up to you.

Looking for individuals interested in or experienced in unarmed security duties or overnight security duties for upcoming sporting events, festivals, concerts, and more!

Responsibilities

• Watch for irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations; contact emergency responders, such as police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel as required.
• Remains alert for the presence of unauthorized persons and/or security code violators; approaches suspicious person and/or notifies police as appropriate; may confront and detain violators, as required, until police arrive.
• Patrols assigned area on foot or in motor vehicle, as assigned, to ensure personnel, building, and equipment security.
• Examines doors, windows, and gates to ensure security; uses client keys to open and close buildings; monitors closed buildings for unauthorized persons and/or suspicious activities.
• Prepares routine, standardized reports.
• Provides escorts as necessary.
• Informs and warns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.

• ABLE TO WORK SOLO POSTS (Overnight shifts only)

Job Requirement

• Must have a current AZ Guard Card.
• Applicants are subject to a pre-employment background screening.

Pay

• Unarmed Security Guard= $15.50 per hour
• Overnight Unarmed Security Guard= $16.50 per hour
• Unarmed Guard Supervisor = $18.00 per hour
