Job summary

JBS USA in Tolleson is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee facility security, manage entry points, and supervise staff. You will train and evaluate personnel, ensure accurate reporting, handle conflicts, and coordinate with shipping and plant operations to maintain safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage secure entrance and facility perimeter.
• Learn all the jobs of immediate staff.
• Ensure accuracy of staff reports; complete daily/weekly reports.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; apply disciplinary procedures when required.
• Resolve conflicts promptly and objectively.
• Direct communication with company and outside services.
• Work in Order Management System/Shop Floor.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Traffic units on dates and locations.
• Weigh and maintain inbound/outbound truck logs.
• Attend scheduled meetings; report to Safety & Health Manager.
