Allied Universal is hiring **Full-Time Security Officers** for a client site in **Council Bluffs, Iowa (ZIP 51501)** .

This position is ideal for dependable professionals with strong attention to detail and comfort working evening and overnight shifts.

**Position Details:**

+ **Pay Rate:** $18.35 per hour

+ **Employment Type:** Full-Time

+ **Shifts Available:** Evening and Overnight

+ **Shift Hours:** 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Control facility access and verify credentials

+ Monitor security systems and perform site patrols

+ Maintain accurate records of activity and incidents

+ Provide customer service and enforce safety protocols

+ Respond to emergencies and communicate with site leadership

**Requirements:**

+ Comfortable using computers or tablets for report entry and monitoring

+ Professional, alert, and dependable during overnight hours

+ Strong communication and observation skills

+ Ability to work independently and follow post-specific instructions

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with badge systems or access control

+ Familiarity with alarm panels or surveillance systems

+ Previous security, safety, or customer service experience

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
