Job summary

Maximum Security seeks a Security Guard/Officer to support gated community access control and on-site patrols in a residential setting. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, and document activity using entry-tracking software while maintaining high safety standards.

The role includes flexible hours (full-time, part-time, overnight, floater), a competitive pay package with a sign-on bonus, and immediate start. Medical benefits and referral programs are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain a valid security guard license (assistance provided).
• Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations.

Starting salary for this position is: $17-18.50

Responsibilities

• Residential gated community security guard: the primary duties of a gated community security officer includegreeting the guests, checking identification & admit visitors through guest entry tracking software from within a state-of-the-art guard booth. As the key gatekeeper at the community, you will pay attention to detail to properly document and report all suspicious events.
• Vehicle patrol security guard: the primary duties of a vehicle patrol security guard include patrolling the premises in a company vehicle, observing, and responding to any suspicious activity, distress calls & alarms.

The community depends on you and in turn, you will feel great about the important role you play in ensuring safety for the residents.
