Receiving general directions from the Security Manager, Supervisor or designee, enforces hospital regulations, and provides a safe and secure environment for hospital patients, visitors, and employees. The Security Officer will enforce hospital policies and security regulations through active monitoring and patrolling of Harrison Memorial property by continuously watching for and the timely reporting of potential safety hazards and unusual occurrences in assigned areas. As determined by supervisory personnel, the Security Officer investigates complaints or potential criminal conduct; assists in restraining patients as necessary; and provides protective services.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with no violations within the past 2 years
