Wagoner Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our Security team in Wagoner, Oklahoma. This full-time position focuses on safeguarding patients, staff, and facilities, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents in a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, BLS and Therapeutic Options certification provided by the hospital, and solid knowledge of security operations and safety practices.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and procedure guidelines.

HIGH SCHOOL OR GED. BLS AND THERAPEUTIC OPTIONS CERTIFICATION (PROVIDED BY HOSPITAL). MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SECURITY OPERATIONS, SAFETY PRACTICES AND ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES IN A BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT. GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO MAKE INDEPENDENT AND GOOD JUDGEMENT DECISIONS WITHIN PROPER POLICY AND PROCEDURE GUIDELINES.
