Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Security Guard to cover Sat-Sun 5:45pm-6am and Mon-Tues 9:30pm-6:00am shifts at the Lonoke, AR site. You will serve as the first contact for regulatory officials and law enforcement, direct visitors, and perform rounds and inspections to ensure environmental, safety and security compliance.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks for explosives access.

• Two-year technical diploma in law enforcement preferred.
• Must pass background checks for unsupervised access to explosives.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for those entering the site and direct visitors to destinations.
• Conduct foot and vehicle rounds and compliance inspections.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and badge readers; respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Check gates; investigate accidents; control access for plant employees and visitors.
• Deter loitering, trespassing, and forbidden articles; document infractions.

## Security Guard Sat-Sun 5:45pm-6am, Mon-Tues 9:30pm-6:00amApply: Lonoke, AR: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 31, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): R0012860**Pay Range:**Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $23.37The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. # **Job Description****As the Security Guard, you will have the opportunity to:*** Be the first point of contact for those entering the Remington Ammunition site, including regulatory officials and law enforcement.* Direct those unfamiliar with the site to their destination, escalate issues by following established protocols.* Make foot and/or vehicle-assisted rounds, perform various compliance inspections under environmental, safety and security mandated programs.* Monitor camera’s, alarm panels and badge reading equipment.* Act as emergency coordinators and first responders to significant spills or environmental incidents.* Watch for spills, leaks, fires, theft and vandalism.* Check gates to ensure they are closed and/or locked if appropriate.* First responder to accidents, emergency and/or crisis situations. Investigate vehicle/traffic accidents on site.* Check badges of employees accessing plant.* Conduct random searches of vehicles and employees entering and exiting the plant.* Warns violators and documents any infractions such as loitering, trespassing, smoking in restricted areas, and carrying forbidden articles.**You Have:*** High school diploma or GED equivalent* Good communication skills, both written and oral* Must possess basic mathematics skills* Must have valid driver’s license without restrictions* Must be able to pass background checks for unsupervised access to explosives (Employee Possessor)* Must be able to work under stressful conditions* Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision* Ability to work alternate work schedules as needed* Experience in the use and maintenance of physical security systems* Must be trained in threat response within 90 days of employment* Must be certified in First Aid/CPR within 6 months of hire* Must be certified in fire extinguisher use within 90 days of employment* Must certify as 8-hour HAZMAT responder within six months of employment**You might have:*** Two-year technical diploma in law enforcement or similar* One year or more of prior security field experience* Prior law enforcement or military background**Work Environment:**Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives.
