Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Bozeman, MT. In this full-time role you will patrol a retail location, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to shoppers and staff.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, and candidates must be at least 18 (21 for armed roles) with a high school diploma. Expect a pay rate of $24.00 per hour and a schedule Fri–Sun.

As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Bozeman, MT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will patrol a retail location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate professionally with customers and staff, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and security-related concerns to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and documenting activities as required.
• Help to deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized access through a professional presence, routine patrols, and courteous interaction with customers and personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
