Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a security professional to maintain a secure environment for residents and staff at the Cincinnati community. You will secure all areas, monitor cameras and safety systems, and perform routine rounds to ensure safety.

You will respond to emergencies and unusual activity with calm, clear communication and effective de-escalation when needed, contributing to a safe living environment for all residents and employees.

Qualifications

• No experience required, though security background is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Ability to notice unusual activity and respond appropriately.
• Skilled at confrontation and de-escalation when needed.

Job Description

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, although previous experience in security in some capacity is preferred.
• You pride yourself on providing and protecting a safe environment for those around you.
• You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.
• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.
