Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws; may consider criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and assist with emergency response as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by client site.
