Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard to protect clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors. You will perform safety procedures, respond to incidents, and conduct site patrols.

This role emphasizes reliability, calm problem-solving, and adherence to client site policies. A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions; background checks and drug screening are standard.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.
