Manatee Memorial Hospital is seeking a diligent Security Guard to uphold the safety of the facility in Bradenton, FL. You will protect the premises, assist staff and visitors, and document incidents with timely reports.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a Class D license, and BLS and CPI certifications. You will work within UHS-affiliated hospital services and participate in policy enforcement and rapid response as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Class D Driver License required.
BLS certification required.
CPI certification required.

Responsibilities

Maintain safety and security of the facility and premises.
Secure the premises from unauthorized entry and assist staff, patients, and visitors.
Prepare and submit reports accurately and timely.
Enforce policies, rules and regulations; support service excellence at all times.

Responsibilities

The Security Guard maintains the safety and security of the facility. Secures the premises from unauthorized entry. Provides support and assistance to staff, patients and visitors. Prepares and submits reports in an accurate and timely manner. Performs general duties in the protection of persons, property, and enforcement of all applicable policies, rules and regulations of Manatee Health, Federal, State, and Local Laws. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
